In January, we invite the next group of Kindergarten parents to become acquainted with our district by attending Kindergarten Information Night at each of the six elementary schools in Royal Oak.
Incoming Kindergarten parents can meet the teachers and principal and have their questions answered.
- Please attend the information night for your attendance area school so that you can become more familiar with the school, its teachers, and principal. You can view your attendance area school here.
- If your child will be enrolling in as a non-resident, you can attend any elementary school for Information Night.
Things to Know:
- Michigan State Law stipulates that a child be five (5) years of age on or before September 1 in order to enroll in Kindergarten and Developmental Kindergarten.
- If a child is not five years of age by September 1 but will be five years of age no later than December 1, parents must submit an age waiver at the time of enrollment.
