  Teachers - Prior approval of courses in advanced study leading to promotion on the salary schedule is required. This form is to be submitted prior to taking such coursework. Print and complete the form and send to Human Resources.

  Teachers - This form is used to request advancement on the salary schedule once coursework has been completed. Print and complete the form and send it, along with official transcripts, to Human Resources.
