In Jason's words, "I am so excited to be part of the inaugural cohort of Michigan Leadership for Equity and Transformation Fellows. My goal is to use my cohort's knowledge and experiences to make myself a more effective school leader and bring ideas and practices from my peers back to my building, district, and community." He added that he is thankful for the support he has received from Principal Meldrum and Superintendent Mary Beth Fitzpatrick through the beginning stages of this process and looks forward to getting started on this important work.
