Annual Registration is a required yearly process for all Royal Oak Schools district students. Parents of ALL students returning for the 2025-2026 school year need to complete this process, including parents of DK or Kindergarten students who have just enrolled.
Follow these simple steps to complete Annual Registration beginning August 4, 2025.

When going through the required registration steps, please note that you can sign up to receive text messages from the district, join a PTA, sign up for Blessings In A Backpack, and more.
Later in August, student class information will be available online through MISTAR-Q Parent Connect. This will include teacher information. All steps of the annual registration process must be completed to gain access.
