Fall is upon us and it's a busy time of year in the district.
We have completed the first quarter of the 2021-22 school year. More and more of our regular events are back on the calendar and it's fun to see our students participating in the extra activities we have to offer.
This time of year reminds us to be thankful for those who work so hard in support of the students and families of the district.
I want to thank all of our support staff, teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, maintenance staff, bus drivers, secretaries, food services workers, administrators, and the Board of Education for their relentless support of our students. The volunteer organizations have been very hard at work, as they are every year, and the parents and community organizations are always asking how they can help.
The last several months have been challenging, and yet, we have all managed to remain focused on the needs of our students.
We are thankful.
