Registration is now open for free summer learning opportunities for all students enrolled in Royal Oak Schools that includes fun learning activities with certified teachers. Coursework will include English Language Arts, Mathematics, and innovative opportunities that will allow students to thrive and grow in a creative outlet.
Our elementary program will be held at Oakland Elementary and Addams Elementary. Two sessions are being offered, and parents are encouraged to enroll their students in one session or both.
This registration form is for students who are exiting DK-4 in June 2023.
Dates/Times: All classes will be held from 9:00am-12:03am
Monday-Thursday, for both sessions.
Session 1: June 26 - July 14, no classes July 3-4)

Students will have access to mix of math, ELA, and enrichment experiences. An email confirmation will be sent once registration closes on May 22, 2023. Classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. You can sign up for 1 or both sessions.

The middle school program will be held at Royal Oak Middle School. Parents are encouraged to enroll their students in one session or both sessions. This program is for those students exiting grades 5-8.

The high school program will be held at Royal Oak High School and is free for students currently enrolled at ROHS and Churchill Community High School. Royal Oak Schools offers a program that consists of both core curriculum and elective classes in order to regain credit. Students may earn a maximum of one unit of credit in summer school. Each class constitutes one-half unit of credit.

ROHS PSAT/SAT Readiness Summer Registration 2023
PSAT/SAT Readiness is for students who will be in 10th through 12th grades in 2023-24. This program is a student paced remote course in preparation for the PSAT 10 and SAT in both English language arts and math with the support of a Royal Oak Schools teacher who will serve as an instructional coach. This program recommends that students engage in at least 30 minutes per day of online skillbuilding at their own convenience. Instructional coaches will virtually encourage students, monitor progress through the platforms and provide support. Instructional coaches will provide ELA and math office hours for student support and will monitor and coach students as they utilize online learning through the Khan Academy. The instructional coach will monitor student’s progress, encourage students to stay engaged in their learning experience, report student progress to parents, and provide office hours for student support.
