Royal Oak Schools invites our newest students to join us on May 19, 2026, from 6-7 PM at each of our elementary schools for Kindergarten Signing Day! This event welcomes incoming kindergartners and developmental kindergartners to see the inside of their future schools, they will meet teachers, staff and the principal, and sign their own “certificate of excitement.”
Each student will receive a brand-new book, a math activity book, a write & wipe math board, and their first Royal Oak Schools t-shirt, all courtesy of Royal Oak Schools Foundation.
Students and their siblings can enjoy touring a classroom, seeing their school media center and other spaces, signing their certificates, and participating in coloring activities. Childcare is not provided, and parents must stay with their children.
Who: Incoming kindergarten, developmental kindergarten, and current developmental kindergarten students and their families
When: May 19, 2026, from 6–7 PM
Where: All Royal Oak Schools Elementaries – Students must attend the elementary school where they are enrolled.
