All returning Royal Oak Schools families must complete Annual Registration for the 2026-2027 school year through the MIStar Parent Portal. This required yearly process applies to all students, including DK and Kindergarten students and those who recently enrolled over the summer.
Complete registration by:
• Logging in to the MIStar Parent Portal
• Selecting Annual Registration
• Completing all required steps for each student in your household

Please note: Not completing Annual Registration does not notify Royal Oak Schools that your child will not be returning. If your student will not attend Royal Oak Schools for the 2026-2027 school year, please submit a withdrawal form to your child’s school or email [email protected].
