RULES:
- There are only 6 buses available per day.
- Please check the Field Trips Calendar for availability.
- Buses are only available 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Contact Sue Harbert for times outside of the above range).
- This system is for bused field trips only.
- Requests must be submitted 10 days prior to the trip.
Step 1:
Check availability on the Field Trip Calendar
(Gray = Pending / Black = Authorized/Approved)
Step 2:
Submit a field trip request - Field Trip Request Form
Step 3:
Your Building Administrator will receive an e-mail with a link to approve/deny the request.
You will recieve an e-mail when the request is updated.
You can also check the status on the Request Status/Review Page.
Notice: Should you need to cancel a field trip, please go to review page and click the cancel button.
Important: If a request is not Authorized within 7 calendar days, you and the Principal will received a reminder. If the request is not approved within 5 days of the reminder the request will be cancelled.
