English classes are provided for adults who are still learning the English Language. This program provides basic English vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, speaking, listening, and culture through various media. There is a $25.00 registration fee for this class. Classes are provided September through May as follows:
Daytime Classes
Beginner: Tuesday & Thursday 8:45am-11:30am
Intermediate: Monday & Wednesday 8:45am-11:30am
Advanced: Monday & Wednesday 8:45am-11:30am
ESL Plus: Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am-12:15pm
Conversation: Intermediate - Monday 11:45am-1:00pm, Advanced - Wednesday 11:45am-1:00pm
Evening Classes
All levels are offered on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6:15PM-9:15PM

November 9th-December 6th (building closed for Holidays 11/21-11/29); classes start Dec 9th
February 22nd- March 14th; classes begin 15th

- Monday - Thursday : NO WALK-INS ALLOWED
All ESL Students will be required to take a reading & listening level test at registration prior to registering for courses. The tests and registration take approximately 3 hours total. We do NOT have any child care available, so please plan accordingly.
You must bring a valid drivers license/state ID or passport to verify birth date. Please do not bring children to registration as child care is not provided.
A mask is mandatory for entering the building. We will be screening people for illness.
If we are in Levels 1-3 on the MI Safe Start Plan, schools will be closed and our registration will take place online and over the phone.
If we are in Levels 4-6 of the MI Safe Start Plan, schools will be open and registration will take place in person. Please do not come to school if you have been exposed to the Coronavirus, feel sick, or have a fever.
