Meet Matt Wickey
Matt Wickey has been a resident of Royal Oak since 1990. In his time in Royal Oak, he has been an active member of the Royal Oak Optimist Club and has had three children attend Royal Oak Schools. His youngest daughter, with his wife Lesa, is currently a junior at Royal Oak High School.
Matt's background is in software. He has spent his career in technical positions with automotive and software companies.
Matt was elected to the Royal Oak Schools Board of Education in 2024, with his first meeting in January 2025. He serves on the Arts and Preservation, and Wellness Committees.
