LOOKING FOR FOOD OPPORTUNITIES THIS SUMMER?

Our school district will be offering breakfast and lunch all summer to anyone 18 years or younger in the community. The summer meal program takes place at Oakland Elementary School and does not require registration or identification. You do have to eat on-site, there is no grab-n-go option. Meals will be available Monday - Thursday starting on June 27. Breakfast will be served from 8 AM - 8:30 AM and lunch will be served from 11:30 AM - Noon. The meal program ends on August 4. There will not be meals available on July 4. All meals are free!

Here's a list of other possible options for putting food on the table this summer:

The Pandemic-EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) Program provides temporary funding to address emergency food needs for families affected by the pandemic. Being eligible for this program will depend on what school your student attends. Eligibility for the Pandemic-EBT (P-EBT) Program can be different between schools.
