Jane Flarity-Gram Appointed
Principal of Jane Addams Elementary & Early Childhood Center
Jane Flarity-Gram has been appointed Principal of Royal Oak's Jane Addams Elementary and Early Childhood Center. Ms. Flarity-Gram comes to Royal Oak from Swartz Creek Community Schools where she was Principal of Syring Elementary School.
She began her career in Hazel Park where she served in varied roles: kindergarten teacher, speech and language therapist, teacher for the pre-primary impaired and Project Find coordinator. Subsequently she served as Principal of Otter Lake, Otisville and Columbiaville Elementary Schools in the Lakeville Community School District.
Ms. Flarity-Gram received her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in Elementary Education & Speech & Language Pathology, a Master's degree from Michigan State University in Speech and Language Pathology, and an Education Specialist degree from Wayne State University in Administration.
