Scholarship due dates are right around the corner. Please pick up applications and turn them in ASAP.
Watch scholarship deadlines closely. If you need a letter of recommendation, you should give the teacher or counselor at least one week before the deadline to get the letter on time.
Thank you notes should be written and sent to the person or organization providing the scholarship. If you need help addressing the organization or person, please see Mrs. Murphy in the SSC.
scholarships and transcripts
Many colleges will require you to send your 7th semester grades (your final grades at the end of first semester). Go to Parchment and request next grading period. These transcripts will be sent electronically as soon as they are available at the beginning of February.
All colleges will require you to send your final transcript to them. Students who don’t do this will find that they can’t register for their second semester classes and often cannot change a class for the first semester
